POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

poor listening skills, replies to email is hit and miss, each reply is a different team member, and each give you a different RESPONSE. EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN HORRIBLE

Refund and poor bot communication

I asked the for a refund or to buy another domain name and its saying I never asked. I dont have record of the exact date in my side but I asked a day or two after my purchase

If I ever get this issue resolved I will never use them again Never use this servic6 I've been trying to reach someone for days this has been the worst experience I've ever had trying to get signed to get signed up to any service they are unprofessional and Don't seem to be concerned about their customers

Recurring charge, locked out, status of TLD tpdungan.com

1. Locked out of account username=tpdungan & never can reset password by username, domain or email. 2. What is status of my new TLD tpdungan.com and 2 mailboxes? 3. What is status of older domain tpdungan.miami? 4. I never authorized a recurring charge of $23/month. I paid once for each domain and for starter mailboxes not business email. Need help with accessing my email

When calling the number that namecheap posted as the CS number, it was a fax line not an actual phone number!! Not good!!

User's recommendation: Don't buy any services from namecheap.com becausae they do not have a Customer Service department that you can speak to!

Impossible to get an answer from even their bot. I feel they should have a 24/7 online support that that works. Don’t just say you have this service. Deliver on it by making it accessible.

I try to buy web hosting for domain name already bought elsewhere. No website yet. The only two option for the transaction is new domain or existing domain. I do have an existing domain but it was bought elsewhere. How do I make the purchase? For existing domain they assume that the domain was bought with Namecheap. What about if it was bought elsewhere can I still host there or not? Who can answer that question. Its been two days of wait and I tried every source of contact!

User's recommendation: Is thr webhosting service only for customer who buy domain name from name cheap? Make that clear.

I would like to cancel my services

I've tried to cancel my subscription on line and via email many times to no avail. So I contacted my credit card provider to stop any further auto renewals. I'm now trying to contact customer service but I keep getting no where this way also. Please provide a valid number. I will try again. The number on my account is no longer serviceable.

My account has been locked and they are asking me for suspicous information

Hi, It has been almost a month since I have been trying to get access to my account but they keep telling me it is locked. I tried getting help but I always get emails saying I should send my banking information which sounds very suspicious. Please I need this for my business, I have been loosing money.
