I bought 4 domains from www.namecheap.com and paid for them in full. They charged my account and withdrew the fee.
I got a receipt that the transaction was successful and that I purchased the domain with the date and time. Then, without notifying me, the business decided to return the fee to my account and put my domain back on the market, all the while, I was under the impression that I have the domain because of my receipt and not receiving any notification that it was canceled. So I went ahead and did all the rest of the governmental documentation and licenses with the IRS and other organizations. When I went back to work on my dashboard the next day, I realized it was canceled without any warning.
I tried to purchase the domain again since I had already registered it with different governmental organizations, but someone had already purchased it. All of the time, money, and effort I spent is lost because the business canceled my purchase without notifying me. I contacted them but they are not accepting any responsibility and keep saying they will not fix the problem they have caused for me and will not work on a resolution with me on the damage I experience because of their irresponsibility in conducting business and referred me to www.icann.org. ICANN cannot do anything for me since the domain is purchased already as they mentioned in their FAQ section.
If the business had let me know that they wanted to cancel my transaction, I could have provided what they needed or purchased the domain from somewhere else before someone else purchased it. Very careless and irresponsible company toward their customers and their businesses.

- Do not cover their mistake when they damage you
- Do not care about your business at all as their customer

User's recommendation: I don't recommend dealing with [ www.namecheap.com ] even if they provide a discount. Based on my experience, sometimes it is better to pay a couple of extra dollars to a legit company than dealing with companies like " www.namecheap.com " and losing a lot more later or going through a trademark battle.

Impossible to get an answer from even their bot. I feel they should have a 24/7 online support that that works. Don’t just say you have this service. Deliver on it by making it accessible.
